ChocoPerfection Almond Bark
Ingredients
- 12 Bars dark ChocoPerfection
- 2 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cups raw almonds
Directions
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees
- Place the almonds on the cookie sheet and coat with olive oil.
- Spread almonds to one layer and roast in oven for 15 minutes.
- Melt the ChocoPerfection bars in a saucepan on very low heat.
- Mix the ChocoPerfection continuously to prevent burning.
*It will be very difficult to refrain from eating big spoonfuls at this point!
- Fold in the roasted almonds.
- Spread the mixture back on a foil covered cookie sheet.
- Cool at room temperature and then put in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours to harden.
- Break the ChocoPerfection almond bark into pieces.
