ChocoPerfection Almond Bark
12 Bars dark ChocoPerfection
2 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 cups raw almonds
Preheat oven to 250 degrees
Place the almonds on the cookie sheet and coat with olive oil.
Spread almonds to one layer and roast in oven for 15 minutes.
Melt the ChocoPerfection bars in a saucepan on very low heat.
Mix the ChocoPerfection continuously to prevent burning.
*It will be very difficult to refrain from eating big spoonfuls at this point!
Fold in the roasted almonds.
Spread the mixture back on a foil covered cookie sheet.
Cool at room temperature and then put in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours to harden.
Break the ChocoPerfection almond bark into pieces.
