1.Our Reb A sweetener is a pure extract of the Stevia plant and is Non-GMO.
2.Our Erythritol is a naturally fermented, fully absorbed, zero glycemic, non-insulin raising sweetener sourced from Non-GMO corn. (Not all Erythritol is Non-GMO). Since it is fully absorbed, it does not cause digestive problems as with other polyols, Maltitol, Xylitol and Sorbitol. In addition, since it is not very sweet and we also do not use it in sufficient quantity for it to lend an “adequate sweetness” to the chocolate, Stevia is used to give the chocolate its “sweetness”.
