Orders (for in stock items) received by 2pm EST Monday - Friday will be shipped that day.
Orders received after 2pm will be shipped the next business day.

Free Shipping on Domestic Orders

If your order is $100 or more you qualify for free shipping. The "Free Shipping" option will automatically be made available for you to select in the "Ship via" dropdown menu. Free Shipping does not apply to orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii or to APOs and FPOs.

International Shipping

Customs When ordering from GLOBALSWEET.COM, you are considered the importer of record and therefore, you must comply with all the laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You may be subject to import duties and taxes which are assessed and levied when the shipment reaches your country. You may also be assessed customs clearance or other fees for which you will be responsible.

These charges are beyond our control and cannot be determined by us in advance.

Additionally, customs forms for international shipments require us to list the value and nature of the goods being shipped. Please be aware that all international shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Shipping Chocolate

Shipping orders containing chocolate during the warm months or to the lower tier states can result in heat damage. It is highly recommended that these orders be shipped with our THERMAL PACK option by overnight or second day services.

Please contact us for shipping options and costs. We make every effort to ensure that your chocolate arrives in good condition; however, since many variables remain outside our control, we cannot guarantee against heat damage no matter which methods are used.

No refunds will be issued for melted or heat damaged products.

Address Correction Fee

It is your responsibility to supply a correct and complete address with your order, including correct zip codes, apartment numbers, business names, floor or building numbers, etc. If your package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or insufficient address information, the carrier will impose a $10.00 address correction fee before making another attempt to deliver it. That fee will be charged to you.PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS INFORMATION IS CORRECT AND COMPLETE BEFORE FINALIZING YOUR ORDER.
