Shipping orders containing chocolate during the warm months or to the lower tier states can result in heat damage. It is highly recommended that these orders be shipped with our THERMAL PACK option by overnight or second day services.
Please contact us for shipping options and costs. We make every effort to ensure that your chocolate arrives in good condition; however, since many variables remain outside our control, we cannot guarantee against heat damage no matter which methods are used.
No refunds will be issued for melted or heat damaged products.

It is your responsibility to supply a correct and complete address with your order, including correct zip codes, apartment numbers, business names, floor or building numbers, etc.
If your package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or insufficient address information, the carrier will impose a $10.00 address correction fee before making another attempt to deliver it. That fee will be charged to you.PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS INFORMATION IS CORRECT AND COMPLETE BEFORE FINALIZING YOUR ORDER.

1. You receive the wrong merchandise
2. Your order is incomplete
3. Merchandise is defective
4. Your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time
Upon receipt of your order, please be sure to inspect the items you have received for any errors or damage. If your package is damaged, or if there is any other shipping related problem, please contact Customer Service immediately at 801-601-0688.You must call 800-601-0688 to report any problems within 14 days of receipt of your order to be eligible for a refund, replacement or shipping claim.
DO NOT UNPACK, DESTROY OR DISPOSE OF THE DAMAGED PACKAGE UNLESS INSTRUCTED TO DO SO BY CUSTOMER SERVICE. DOING SO MAY RESULT IN A DENIAL OF YOUR CLAIM.
