REFUNDS and EXCHANGES
All returned products are subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to any applicable shipping charges. This includes shipments that are unclaimed or refused upon delivery.
NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ARE ALLOWED ON CHOCOLATE OR BULK ITEMS.
Unopened/undamaged merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase by following two easy steps:
1. Contact Customer Service at customerservice@GlobalSweet.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number .
2. Ship the unopened, undamaged goods back to us making sure that the RA number is visible on the shipping label.
All returned goods must be unopened and in saleable condition.
Refunds will not be issued for:
1. Items returned more than 30 days from the invoice date.
2. Items returned without a return authorization (RA) number.
3. Items that arrive opened or damaged in unsaleable condition.
